Before you ask
Why is the price flat?
Because hourly billing makes you hesitate before calling, and the moment you hesitate is exactly when you should be asking. A flat fee means the call costs nothing and we would rather hear from you early.
What decides which tier I am in?
Transaction volume, how many accounts and entities you run, and whether payroll is involved. We look at your last few months before quoting, so the number we give you is the number.
Is catch-up work extra?
If your books are behind, there is a one-time cost to bring them current. We quote it up front as a fixed amount before any work starts.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel with thirty days notice, and your records are yours to take with you.
