Everything an owner-operated business needs, in one place.
Most owners are stitching together a bookkeeper, a payroll service, and a tax preparer who meet each other once a year. Theorem is all of it, for one monthly fee.
In the monthly fee
Bookkeeping and monthly close
Transactions categorized as they happen, accounts reconciled, receipts matched to charges, and a balance sheet that ties out. You get statements early enough in the month to make decisions with them.
Payroll coordination
We work alongside your payroll provider so entries post to the right accounts, liabilities are tracked, and the quarterly filings happen without you chasing anyone.
Business tax returns
Your entity return, prepared by the people who kept the books all year. No handoff, no re-explaining the business to someone new in March.
Personal tax returns
Your own return, prepared with the business return so the two actually agree. Owners of the businesses we serve are included, not billed separately.
Quarterly estimates
We track what you owe as the year happens, tell you what to set aside, and remind you before each deadline. April is never a surprise.
Planning and advisory
The questions that actually matter: whether you can afford a hire, how to take money out of the business, whether the entity structure still fits. Asked and answered during the year, while it can still change the outcome.
What we do not do
A firm that claims to do everything is telling you something about its focus. Here is where we would point you somewhere else.
- Audits and attestation work.
- Filings for public companies.
- Businesses with an in-house finance team, who need something different from what we do.
